Described by Business Insider as one of "Europe's Most Exciting FinTechs for 2024", Atoa is backed by leading international investors behind the likes of PayPal, Wise, Pine Labs, and more, we are bringing to fight to the two leading card schemes and offering millions of UK SMEs faster and more affordable payments. We're looking for a hungry and hacky Sales Director to join our Bangalore team in a strategic IC sales role.

Who you are

  • You have previously worked in a sales role selling a SaaS or FinTech product
  • You have a solid background in sales and business development
  • Self starter/entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable in being a IC (individual contributor) when it comes to closing deals
  • Experience working with SDR teams
  • Start-up mentality with a love for getting into details
  • A hands on mentality and approach to problem solving and execution

What the job involves

  • Launch and grow select business verticals across retail, hospitality, services, B2B, and more
  • Target businesses via LinkedIn, Email and potential phone calls in order to win accounts
  • The role will require a mix of strategic deal hunting, cold calling wth our SDR teams, online sales and working with our marketing team on growth hacks to help us accelerate growth
  • Your core KPI will be a monthly revenue (this is a hardcore startup sales role with no cap on commissions)
