Channel Sales Director

Part of their job is to establish ChannelPrograms roadmaps set guidelines and timelines liaise with internaland external parties gather and analyze reports from differentteams develop strategies to increase revenue and strengthen clientrelationships and address issues and concerns solving them promptlyand effectively.
Channel Director will be responsible for meetingthe growth metrics defined by the board and VP ofSales.As a channel sales director he will lead andencourage the channel team to reach goals while implementing thecompanys policies andregulations.
The responsibilitiesof the candidate willinclude:
Createyearly strategic plan for the Channel Department including allrecruited channel partners with clear goals and objectives andreport quarterly progress.
Sets short andlongterm channel sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness ofcurrent programs.
Directs and oversees channelsales policies objectives andinitiatives.
Ensure a healthy pipeline ofChannel partners in the territories identified for expansion forall verticals including LMS TMS Fintech andothers.
Work with other departments includingMarketing Global EdTech Partners Success R&D Sales Telecom . toensure the solutions market fit in the targetterritories.
Develop and execute variousmarketing campaigns progress leads and conduct postprogram ROIanalysis to gauge effectiveness.
Developcomarketing business plans resulting in YoY growth with existingChannel partners.
Lead channel budgetallocations for all channels assessing anticipated ROI ofinvestments.
Develop sales process CRMprocesses and business rules for all distribution and channelpartner sales.
Lead sales initiatives foridentified territories driving MoEs Private Schools UniversitiesGovernment and Corporate sales through appropriate ChannelEcosystem.
Work with Partners Success to ensurethey deliver exceptional client ROI results through metricsbaseresults and focus scorecards.
