Job Title: Channel Manager at Growing Financial Services Company

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the onboarding and engagement of DSAs (connector-based DSAs and call center DSAs) nationwide.
  • Developing channel strategy, schemes, payout mechanisms, and necessary IT/tech solutions to boost market reach, business volumes, and overall growth.
  • Discovering and executing new initiatives to expand the channel's reach.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to address real-time issues and optimize daily operations.
  • Establishing processes for file pickup for partner disbursements and ensuring prompt processing of individual case files.
  • Providing training and guidance to regional DSA heads/DSA KAMs, external partners, and their teams regularly to enhance performance.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in DSA Aggregation is preferred.
  • Strong sales focus to consistently achieve sales targets is essential.
  • Proficiency in managing stakeholders effectively and handling complex client scenarios is required.
  • Experience in BFSI sector is advantageous, immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Banking professionals with expertise in credit operations are encouraged to apply.
