This is your role. What part will you play?

  • Should have performed customer facing role

  • You must have Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech with minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in customer facing role related to Software Services delivery
  • Strong exposure in B2B Domain and exposure to functional knowledge in multiple technologies (Core Java, Web-Services (REST and SOAP), Database (Oracle), J2EE, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C++, C#)
  • Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, creating and following communications channels between necessary stakeholders.
  • Both spoken and written communication skills with experience to adapt to technical and nontechnical audience
  • Critical thinking and analysis of existing processes, program level changes and support organization design and structure to provide feedback and guidance on continuous improvement
  • Good analytic capabilities, ability to learn quickly and interpersonal skills, Abstraction capability, and logical thinking.

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Business Analysis activities (preferably CBAP/ xyz) certified
  • Process minded, accountable, proactive, and agile.
  • Establishing and adhering to effective approval processes.
  • Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning from business standpoint.
  • Working experience in a relevant role (customer facing), i.e., leading production support teams as a Business Analyst / Consultant / Product Owner.
  • Proactive in driving engagement, adoption and change for processes and technology
  • Customerfocused behavior, proactive action, and initiative, Capability to collaborate with colleagues with responsibility and respect.
  • Pragmatic mentorship and support for developers and QA team members in implementing the product requirements.
