What You'll do:

  • As a SD3
  • Backend, you are responsible for the development, performance, and scaling of the new product as well as internal systems, which includes using: , Nginx, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, MySQL, JIRA, AWS, git, and Linux.
  • You are responsible for managing the Engineering team ensuring excellent and prompt delivery of our product features
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Design to plan, prioritise, architecture product features and oversee the entire development cycle
  • Lead the engineering team to turn feature requirements into implementation within Sprint, with tight deadlines and iterate to improve
  • As an Engineering Manager/Sr. Engineering Manager, you will be sometimes involved directly in coding and you are expected to be very handson with the product development in terms of designing/architecting/testing

What makes you a great fit:

  • B.E./B.S. Degree in Computer Science (IIT/Tier 1 College is mandatory)
  • 48 years of total hardcore development experience with multiple programming language (Node JS/Java)
  • Should be handson with coding skills
  • Experience in SDLC in a Startup OR gaming domain OR OTT domain
  • Experience with HTTP and serverside technologies (web servers, database servers)Ability to lead the team
  • Passion for technology and solving deep technical problems
  • Experience in building products powered by data and insights, instrumentation, experimentation, and metricsdriven success criteria
  • Demonstrate leadership experience in this role, preferably in an early stage start up
