Purpose of the role:
Support the Brand team in digital marketing operations such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Engagement tools, Performance marketing, keeping backend optimized of Social and taking care of the Digital Marketing (DIGMA) ecosystem of Oriflame India thus making sure it is Up to date and optimized by implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). As a brand’s key capacity building objective, assist in AI, Automation and digital transformation of marketing.
What will you do?
- Plan and implement Digital Marketing, including Paid Advertisements, SEO, SEM, Email, marketing database, Social media backend and Display advertising campaigns
- Measure, report the performance of digital marketing campaigns while assessing against Goals (Return on Investment and Key Performance Indicators)
- Coordinate with Global stakeholders for implementing campaigns
- Identify trends, insights and optimize spend, performance based on the insights
- Plan and measure experiments and conversion tests (A / B testing)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create landing pages and optimize user experience while enhancing website experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Instrument conversion points and optimize marketing funnels
- Collaborate with agencies, vendor partners / publishers as needed to help accelerate lead generation while supporting the overall delivery of the digital strategy
- Audit Digital Assets: Websites, Customer Relationship Management, Automation Platforms, Social Channels, etc
- Tracking conversion rates and metrics (to identify what worked, what didn’t and why)
- Integrate systems so that data flow between systems is ensured
- Plan and execute digital marketing budgets
- Work with brand team in marketing to drive tangible improvements in organic search results
- Provide advice to colleagues in Sales and Systems, on tools and the use of CRM, to ensure effective processes are in place
- Lead nurturing campaigns and optimise marketing automation programs
- CRM based training for users to read and analyse data for effective decision making

Your background and Qualifications :
- Bachelors/Masters in Digital Marketing or in any field
- Updated Certification with new age Digital marketing courses and AI tools
- At least 5-7 years' work experience in Digital Marketing agencies or Experience in FMCG , Skincare , Wellness : managing Skincare , Wellness , Consumer Goods , Direct Selling , FMCG , Pharmaceuticals with Customer Relationship Management and Engagement tools
Technical Skills:
- New skillset in using AI applications and MARTECH and Automation will be a key factor for hiring on this role
- Any experience where you are responsible for digital transformation journey of any brand, and you have successfully done it will be an added advantage but not necessary
- Thorough knowledge in working on CRM and engagement tools for marketing is a must
- Key word search, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience
- Experience of using tools like Hubspot, Marketo, Meltwater, Brand watch, AI applications and MARTECH platforms is a must
