BusinessDevelopment Manager Recruitment / Principal Consultant/ SeniorConsultant

ORGANIZATION:
Reportingto the Country Manager in India you will be in charge of buildingand developing a recruitment desk in the industrial or marine or ITsector through delivering an exceptional service and experience toour clients. You will be responsible for prospecting andaccountmanaging new and existing key multinational and regionalaccounts across our emerging market operations with a key focus onexecutive recruitment business.
THERESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Youwill be responsible for revenue generation by prospecting newclients and managing keyaccounts.
  • Workingcohesively with a team of consultants you will be active inbusiness development in order to build a solid client base that youwill serve in comingyears.
  • Toidentify new business opportunities and maintain comprehensiveknowledge of relevant markets and industries you will networkextensively and participate in industry specificevents.
  • Apartfrom recruitment you will also manage and deliver strategic HRsolutions to clients in their talent managementissues.
  • Youwill have the opportunity to collaborate with our team acrossSouthEast Asia and support regionalaccounts.
  • Deliveringactivity targets on a biweekly monthly and annual basis you willregularly liaison with the senior Directors to make sure allefforts are inalignment.
Requirements
  • Youhave a bachelor s degree in any discipline a master s degree inmanagement discipline will beadvantageous.
  • Youhave 10 years of experience in a MNC preferably in Recruitment orExecutive Search or HR Consulting or ServiceIndustry.
  • Atleast 5 years of business development experience in sellingservices or recruitment or HR consulting services.
  • Youare sales driven and enjoy winning and managing recruitmentassignments.
  • Experienceworking in APAC region is a nice to have.
  • Youhave excellent account management and communicationskills.
  • Youhave strong interpersonal skills to effectively build solidrelationships with senior stakeholders at client send.
  • Aboveall you are entrepreneurial proactive committed and passionateabout your work and a funlovingcolleague.

You have a bachelor s degree in any discipline, a master s degreein management discipline will be advantageous. You have 10 years ofexperience in a MNC, preferably in Recruitment or Executive Searchor HR Consulting or Service Industry. At least 5 years of businessdevelopment experience in selling services or recruitment or HRconsulting services. You are sales driven and enjoy winning andmanaging recruitment assignments. Experience working in APAC regionis a nice to have. You have excellent account management andcommunication skills. You have strong interpersonal skills toeffectively build solid relationships with senior stakeholders atclient s end.
