JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Understanding the requirements and the details of each event.
  • Setting regular meeting rhythms with the team.
  • Providing solutions to the problems faced by the team.
  • Following systems and processes tightly.
  • Keeping a backup plan for vendors in crises.
  • Client Servicing
  • Brief from the client & their objective.
  • No follow-ups to be done by the client.
  • Assisting and eventually leading client meetings.
  • Understanding clients' needs and desires.
  • Supervising elements with attention to financial and time constraints.
  • Ensuring your team can complete all tasks within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Assisting in building relationships with clients to secure new business.
  • Assisting and eventually leading event budget plans within financial constraints.
  • Promptly offering solutions to resolve issues.
