Role purpose:


To develop and implement business intelligence and reporting for Enterprise CVM, with specific focus on crafting out relevant trends and actionable recommendations for Enterprise products across segments and circles.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

To build new Enterprise CVM data models and Business Intelligence:
Develop strong BI and data models in-line with business priorities of revenue and profitability
and build actionable recommendations that support CVM campaigns,
and data visualisations and reports that enable better commercial decisions
with a focus on automation for reporting to build scalability

To generate account based reports and recommendations:
Build accurate and timely reports that enable close monitoring, tracking and course correction Deliver root cause analysis for outlier trends to enable effective business management and campaign actions
Core competencies, knowledge and experience

Knowledge of SQL
Strong analytical ability
Understanding of Enterprise Business KBIs
Understanding of Enterprise data sources and architecture
Collaborative

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Data Base Experience with structured query language (preferably Netizza)
Understanding of systems and tools like COGNOS etc
