Als Agile Project Manager zul je:
- De nieuwe architectuur aan de datateams uitleggen, samen met de werkgroep Data-architectuur, en de gevolgen ervan vertalen naar concrete acties.
- Deze acties monitoren, niet op een dwingende manier, maar met oog voor de situatie en het bredere plaatje met vele belangen.
- Op een menselijke manier leiding geven en een verbinder zijn met een brede blik, de datateams en de organisatie enthousiasmeren.
- Op een humane manier leiding geven en een verbinder zijn met een brede blik. Je moet weten hoe je de datateams en de organisatie kunt enthousiasmeren.
- Het grotere plaatje monitoren en hierover rapporteren. Samen met de datateams de juiste strategie bepalen bij conflicten en weten hoe je ervoor zorgt dat het Management Team de juiste beslissingen neemt.
- Leiderschap tonen, sociaal vaardig zijn en weten hoe je een relevant netwerk binnen de organisatie opbouwt. Bereid zijn om te leren en mee te denken en adviseren wanneer dat nodig is.
- Ervaring hebben met data- en ICT-vraagstukken, aangezien systemen bij DIA rond data zijn georganiseerd.
- Een teamspeler zijn en nauw samenwerken met een groep van architecten en senior specialisten.
- Het grotere plaatje te monitoren, hierover te rapporteren en de juiste strategie te bepalen in conflicten met de datateams.
- Leiderschap te tonen, een relevant netwerk binnen de organisatie op te bouwen en te adviseren wanneer dat nodig is.
- Ervaring hebben met data- en ICT-vraagstukken en nauw samenwerken met een groep van architecten en senior specialisten in een informele teamomgeving.
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands) te hebben en in staat te zijn om met medewerkers op meerdere niveaus te praten.
- Een kans om de adoptie van Agile praktijken binnen een vooruitstrevende omgeving te leiden en te beïnvloeden.
- Een rol waarin u de richting van projecten kunt beïnvloeden en de transformatie van teams naar hoge efficiëntie en effectiviteit kunt sturen.
