Job Description:
- Project initiation and planning, Agile transformation, backlog management, sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint execution, review and retrospective, change management, project reporting and metrics, risk management, continuous improvement, project closure.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, project management, strong communication and collaboration skills.
- PMI or Agile certifications preferred.
- Acting as a central point of communication between the development team, product owner, stakeholders, and clients.
- Effectively communicating project status, risks, and roadblocks to stakeholders.
- Encouraging open communication and information sharing within the team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a project manager with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Agile project management tools proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
