Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Engagement and Coordination:

  • Engage with internal partners across various cross-functional teams and external partners to capture requirements and manage project timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with technology teams to coordinate interdependencies, resolve issues, and understand overlaps among teams and applications.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Own the planning and delivery of the project roadmap, coordinating the execution from initiation through release, using SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum concepts.
  • Drive architecture, engineering, and integration decisions, ensuring timelines are met in coordination with dependency teams.

Strategic Issue Resolution:

  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may hinder the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
  • Adhere to Enterprise Strategic Planning Management Guidelines and delivery methodologies where applicable.

Process Improvement:

  • Partner with other Project Managers to develop best practices, process improvements, and adoption strategies.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with identified resources and managers to achieve project goals.
  • Generate preliminary assessments, technical solutions, presentations, studies, and general support.
  • Serve as the primary contact for team members and leaders during project implementation.
  • Transition project management activities from the design phase to implementation and from implementation to completion.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders both externally and internally.
  • Responsibilities for project management, subject matter experts, and team members.
  • Contribute to other key initiatives as assigned and establish and lead associated meetings.
  • Define individual project responsibilities and accountabilities.

Project Controls:

  • Take overall responsibility for projects, ensuring accurate, timely, and relevant reporting to stakeholders.
  • Monitor, control, and report on project performance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans with sustainability considerations.


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP certification and/or Scrum certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management or engineering.
  • Understanding of accounting and financial management is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to focus diverse groups of stakeholders, including external clients and internal experts, on specified project outcomes.
  • Strong time management skills to balance competing priorities.
  • Proficient with software tools such as ServiceNow (SMP), Confluence, Jira, and Miro.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
