Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile Methodologies.
- Conduct Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Promote Agile practices and principles within the team and organization.
- Project Coordination and Management
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders/resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Effective Communication and Reporting
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, outcomes, and risks to appropriate management channels.
- Escalate issues as necessary according to the project work plan.
- Project Monitoring and Control
- Generate reports to analyze project timelines and understand issues.
- Ensure project delivery is on time and according to the requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project plans.
- Project Lifecycle Management
- Understand and manage the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure.
- Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Your Skills and Experience :
- Experience in Scrum and Agile: 2-4 years of experience in Scrum.
- Certifications: Scrum or PMP Certification would be a plus.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects, particularly in the SaaS-based product domain.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of project management tools and software.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to generate and interpret project reports and data.
