Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle (SDLC) for field services management and mobile workforce management solutions in the utilities industry, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

- Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including task management, budget control, and quality assurance.

- Provide clear and concise communication to all stakeholders, including executives, project team members, and clients.

- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, motivating and leading team members towards achieving project goals.

- Conduct project reviews and implement lessons learned to continuously improve project management processes.

- Manage and mentor junior project team members, fostering their professional development.

- Track project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders.

- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful collaboration with external partners.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in field services management, mobile workforce management, and the utilities industry.

Qualifications (Required) :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience leading and managing complex technical projects within a cross-functional environment.

- Proven experience in project managing field services management and mobile workforce management solutions for utilities companies.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.

- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communication.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and adjusting to changing requirements.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Agile certification.

- Experience working in Software Development and Test Organizations.

-Experience in the Energy & Utilities or services industry.

- Experience with SAP implementations or optimizations.

- Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools (e.g UMT360, Planview, ServiceNow, Project Server Online).

- Experience in a consultative role with an implementation service organization or start-up
