Job Description:In This Role, You Will:
  • Support data acquisition and enrichment efforts to ensure the growth and accuracy of global marketing data.
  • Assist in audience identification and campaign segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to maintain rich and accurate prospect and customer data for increased sales pipeline efficiency.
  • Understand B2B data segmentation, process flows, and data vendor relationships to align with CVENT's evolving business needs.
  • Manage technology, processes, and data to generate leads and demand for Cvent's products.
  • Enhance marketing database accuracy and conversion rates to boost business efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address data discrepancies and system-specific issues.


Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade database systems and SQL queries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing data management, Marketo, Salesforce, and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with strong organizational, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with 3rd party data sources for data orchestration like ZoomInfo, Hoovers, Salesintel, Demandbase, etc.
