About the TA Team

About the role
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following

  • Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent to the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, mainly for junior to senior management level roles.
  • Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/ or HRBPs.
  • Influence peers, mentoring other members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.
  • Identifies and proposes simple changes tol local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Masters's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of full cycle inhouse recruiting or Agency experience ideally in consumer goods or related industry.
  • Intermediate communication and written skills in English.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle and developing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.
