How will you make an impact in this role?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete sourcing strategy and talent pipelining for hiring across all levels to source top talent through social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, Employee Referral Programs, and internal job posts
  • Drive outstanding recruitment brand, marketing, and social media strategy for the region in partnership with inhouse functional specialists
  • Collaborate across the team to ensure process compliance to deliver a more coordinated and seamless approach to recruitment service delivery
  • Strengthen relationships with business leaders and key partners by proactively recruiting in key areas of our business and converting top, diverse talent into hires
  • Stay abreast of market insights to make recommendations on staffing processes and industry practices, building talent pipelines, sourcing prospects, and extending appropriate salary offers
  • Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that will give to the longrange growth of the company
  • Give to broader talent acquisition priorities by participating in industry events, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment activities that may involve some travel

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key collaborators, hiring managers, and HR colleagues
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficiencies
  • Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes
  • Indepth knowledge of the recruiting landscape with the ability to produce external trends, market intelligence, and industry insights
  • Proven ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts, and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cues
  • Experience working in a team environment emphasizing group contributions
  • Ability to build relationships and sustain trust with people at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to execute multiple projects/tasks at the same time under strict timelines
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problemsolving skills
  • Driving process optimization and continuous improvement (e.g., onboarding)
  • Strategic outlook and ability to lead change and innovation
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of an organization
  • Ability to make logical decisions in a sophisticated environment
  • Able to adapt own approach and style to the situation
