We are currently looking for a Business Development professional specialized in the Russian market to join a top Medical Device Company.

Position: Manager/Sr

Manager Experience:
  • 8+ years

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop new key accounts to expand customer base.
  • Manage the customer and influencer environment efficiently through established procedures.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and collection by following up with distributors and credit control.
  • Handle Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region.
  • Implement inventory control measures to cut down on obsolete stock and reduce inventory management costs while monitoring slow-moving items.
  • Proficiency in Russian Language is a plus.

Qualifications:
  • 10-12 years of experience in Sales and Business development within the Russian market.
