Description:


The candidate will play a key role in assisting Swati Spentose Pvt Ltd in strategic planning, establishment, and growth of our CDMO business.

This position involves extensive market analysis, strategy development, and client outreach to establish Swati Spentose Pvt Ltd as a leading provider in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

Analyze current trends in development and manufacturing capacities in the US, EU, and other regulated markets.
Provide market and competitive intelligence to assess and enhance the positioning of our services.
Develop and advise on the integration of new capabilities into our service offerings, creating relevant business cases.
Formulate and execute multiple strategic initiatives to position the company in current and future markets.
Lead client outreach through extensive lead generation, utilizing a vast database of industry contacts.

Enable a collaborative approach using our high potency platform with various other companies (International/Domestic) to add value and maximize utilization.

Organize and manage participation in global conferences, setting up one-on-one meetings with potential clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions for service agreements.
Provide strategic advice on portfolio development and market entry strategies, particularly for the US market.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in commercial roles within the US and EU pharmaceutical market.
Proven track record in business development, market analysis, and strategic advisory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel internationally and attend various industry conferences.
