Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to business growth and development.

This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The role is located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related fieldB2B business acumenStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation and persuasion abilitiesKnowledge of the wellness industry and employee wellness programs is optionalUnderstanding of business strategies and market trendsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
