Job Title: Business Development ManagerLocation: MumbaiQualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/IB preferredExperience: 8+ years

About the Role

  • Drive sales to close key new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Lead major proposals and negotiations to maximize customer value.
  • Balance sales activities between existing and new accounts, with a focus on acquiring new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prior experience in Data Center Sales, IT Software Sales, Digital Solution Sales, or Technical Sales is advantageous.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for sustained revenue growth.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and negotiate favorable terms for Iron Mountain.
  • Contribute to team effectiveness and business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with SSHE requirements and company policies.
  • Promote the value of Iron Mountain's Digital solutions to customers through competitive pricing and advantages.
  • Achieve sales targets and collaborate with teams to identify digital opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative selling approaches and project experiences.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to deliver customer-specific benefits.
  • Manage pipeline development and bookings within assigned territories.
