Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, particularly within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and fintech sectors in India, as well as experience selling cybersecurity solutions in the Middle East and Gulf regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our sales strategies, expanding our customer base, and growing our business in these key sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals within the BFSI and fintech sectors in India, as well as the Middle East and Gulf regions.
  • Business Development : Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging an extensive network of contacts within these markets.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including senior executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
  • Product Knowledge : Gain a deep understanding of our cybersecurity services and products to effectively present and position them to potential clients.
  • Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiation : Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Reporting : Track and report on sales activities, including progress toward goals, client engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with our internal teams, including technical and operational departments, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Number of new leads generated per month.
  • Conversion rate from lead to opportunity.
  • Number of deals closed and revenue generated.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Key Results Indicators (KRIs):
  • Growth in sales pipeline size and quality.
  • Increase in market share within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Consistent achievement of or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements
  • Qualifications:
    • Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, particularly within the BFSI and fintech sectors in India, as well as experience selling in the Middle East and Gulf regions.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and its applications in BFSI, fintech, and other sectors.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
