SOFTWARE SALES EXECUTIVE MALE CANDIDATE PREFERRED

Roles And Responsibilities:
 Candidates should be comfortable in field work.
 Responsible for selling office solutions to current and new customers
 Provide service and customer support during field visits
 Install our POS software in their System / Device
 Give training about our product to our client
 Build positive relationships with customers
 Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
 Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
 Communicate with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have
solved technical issues.
 Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
 Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
 Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
 Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.

Skills Required:
 Software Installation and Training.
 Excellent problem-solving, Communication and troubleshooting skills.
 Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
 Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
 The ability and desire to sell.
 Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
 Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
 Hardware and Network Configuration.
