Who are we looking for?

  • We are looking for stellar Inside Sales folks who can grow with us. It is an incredible career opportunity for a selfstarter to sharpen their skills in a highgrowth environment.
  • Our ideal candidate would be someone who has checked most of these boxes :
  • You have 2-7 years experience in Business Development or Inside Sales (Ed-tech is preferable but not compulsory)
  • You have looked after the entire sales life cycle : starting from dealing with wellqualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program
  • You have excellent communication skills (speaking and listening) with high EQ and IQ
  • You have a proven track record of achieving targets
  • You are well organised & skilled in managing competing priorities
  • You are metric and result oriented
  • You are a fastlearner and can navigate the leader and follower roles with equal ease
  • You have prior experience in working with startups (preferred)
  • You are available to join soon (preferred)
