Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative selling approach by listening to the needs of prospects and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and existing customers. Follow up regularly to nurture leads and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.

Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and showroom tours to showcase the quality and functionality of your products or services.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential customers to close deals that are mutually beneficial.

CRM Management: Keep detailed records of interactions with leads and customers in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Use CRM data to track progress, prioritize follow-ups, and analyze sales performance.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales goals, marketing campaigns, and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
