Bengaluru Karnataka, India ANB interiors and Exteriors Full time

**Client Consultation**:
Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

Provide expert advice on design options, colour schemes, furniture selections, and layout.

**Conceptualization and Planning**:
Develop design concepts and presentations based on client input.

Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards to illustrate design proposals.

Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure design feasibility.

**Material and Furniture Selection**:
Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design concept and budget.

Establish relationships with suppliers and vendors to stay updated on industry trends and products.

**Project Management**:
Oversee and coordinate the implementation of design plans from concept to completion.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

**Communication and Collaboration**:
Work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to clients and project stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Bachelor in Architecture or related field.

Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and furniture.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
