Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets within the staffing industry

2Client Acquisition:

  • Generate leads and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and understand their staffing needs

3Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service

4Proposal and Contract Management:

  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance and satisfaction

5Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure successful placements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives

6Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and market trends

7Industry Networking:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
