Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets within the staffing industry
2Client Acquisition:
- Generate leads and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and understand their staffing needs
3Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service
4Proposal and Contract Management:
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Manage contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance and satisfaction
5Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure successful placements.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
6Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market trends
7Industry Networking:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
