·Specialize in gatheringand analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions that meet bestpractice standards and the clients' needs.

·Ability to createprototype and conduct design workshop

·Translate businessrequirements into working Salesforce solutions

·Deploy/implement Salesforcesolutions to various client production and pre-production environments andtroubleshoot issues

·Design, develop andmodify Salesforce API to support external integrations, SSO, Community portaland system integrations.

·Strong experience withconfiguration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers,programming with Lightning Aura Components and good Knowledge in LWC

·Strong practicaldeployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apexclasses, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.comcontrols

·Handle Data migration,Data import and export automation, Data modelling and Data Security

·Create technicaldocumentation such as design documents, specifications, software architecturedocuments, and instructions

·Analyze design andarchitectural issues and questions

·Support and assistmanagement of the project development team

·Work in a teamenvironment using a structured development process and deliver on time

·Follow up with issues inan efficient manner, including working hand in hand with Quality Assurance,Project Management and/or Sr. Developers

·Regularly communicateproject progress, issues, and risks to Project Manager

Requirements

·Excellent written andspoken communication skills.

·Excellent peoplemanagement skill, should have handled Multi geographical team

·Ability to understandclient needs.

·Ability to workindependently and be a self-starter.

·Detail orientation andproblem-solving ability.

·Detail-oriented with theability to learn quickly to leverage new concepts, technologies, and solutions.

·Advanced knowledge ofproject development life cycle, including the ability to coordinate andprioritize multiple complex projects.

·Ability to coordinateissues identification and resolution between internal and external clients andthe development team.

·Expert knowledge ofproject development life cycles, including the ability to coordinate andprioritize multiple projects.

·Ability to lead andsupervise others.

·Able to use advanced featuresof Excel, PowerPoint, Word

· Most preferred skills: SFDC knowledge orapps developed on Sales and knowledge in JIRA.
