Job Title: Salesforce Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

  • Support the configuration of the Salesforce environment based on client specifications and project scope.
  • Design and conduct training for clients at different levels, such as administrators and end users, to meet project goals.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with clients to determine requirements accurately.
  • Follow software design, development, and deployment best practices while developing migration and implementation plans.

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery across various projects simultaneously through their entire implementation lifecycle.
  • Configure solutions using Salesforce products to achieve project objectives, including data migrations and third-party tool integrations.
  • Collaborate with the internal development team to create custom code and provide governance reports regularly to the project PM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant with mandatory Salesforce Admin Certification.
  • Experience in working with customers to analyze their needs, develop designs, and implement custom solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, requirements gathering, and proficiency in tools like Google Docs, JIRA, and Teams.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, business acumen, and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and master business and technical concepts with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Prior experience as an Implementation Specialist with over 5-6 years in development and administration.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team for at least 2 years in product implementation.
