Job Summary:


The Salesforce Implementation Manager will be responsible for the successful deployment, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions across the organization.

This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with various clients to meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Salesforce professional with a proven track record of managing end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:Lead the planning, execution, with ownership of end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation projects.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within scope, on time, and within budget.
Pre-sales/Go-To-MarketComplement Business Development Managers in go-to-market strategy.
Get involved from pre-sales stage to understand the clients' business requirements and expectations.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements and solutions.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Salesforce solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Customization and Configuration:
Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce to meet business needs.
Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration, including the use of workflows, process builders, and custom objects.
Manage data migration and integration tasks.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers.
Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related projects.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to the project team.

Quality Assurance and Testing:
Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the functionality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes.

Training and Support:
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
Ensure proper documentation of system configurations and procedures.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates.
Identify and implement opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
Participate in Salesforce community forums and events to network and share best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are highly desirable.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and project management. Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce projects.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, products, and best practices. Experience with Salesforce customization, integration, and data migration. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other development tools.

Project Management Skills:
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Adaptability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
