We are a 100+ strong team currently operating in India, looking to expand to South-East Asia, Europe and North America.

Seeking a self-driven, well-organized individual to join our Publishing Management team to help assist Notion Press' published authors with post-publishing queries and concerns

In this role you will:

  • Liaise with authors who have published their books with us
  • Provide appropriate resolution for all queries that are raised by the author
  • Ensure all the concerns of the author are addressed
  • Close all tickets with the stipulated SLA's
  • Work closely with all the internal teams
  • Analyse author query patterns and provide recommendations to the leadership team
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating and net promoter score.

  • Strong Communication skills with strong command over the English language. A second language is a plus.
  • Highly selfmotivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  • Ability to meet both Daily and Monthly Targets
  • Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently.
  • Empathy for authors who need help
  • General awareness of best practices on quality standards and industry trends in the publishing industry
  • Last but not least; must have a competitive streak
