Marketing Associate

- Graduates (preferably) with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar profile
- Experience in Customer Care Management/ Client Relationship Management/ Lead Generations.
- Managing E-commerce will be an additional advantage.
- Managing online marketplaces (E.g., Amazon, Flipkart)
◦ To oversee timely scheduling, dispatch, delivery and returns of all orders. ◦ Manage all issues with marketplaces regarding order scheduling, dispatch, delivery, returns, refunds, and billing.
◦ Coordinate with marketplaces for reimbursement of any fee claims.
- Management of Company E-store
◦ Oversee and manage any issues with order delivery.
◦ Resolve any issues with help of E-store platform help center.
◦ Resolve issues with payment gateway's if any.
◦ Manage website platform, payment gateway billing & reconciliation.
Customer Care Management:
◦ Manage inbound leads.
◦ Manage complaints, queries from customers.
◦ Lead generation through research and outbound calls.
- Data analytics & management of marketing and sales department reports. 5. Management of marketing department expenses and record them.
- Interdepartmental coordination for order management.
- Interdepartmental coordination for marketing & sales related activities. 8. Stakeholder's management.
