Sales Development Representative (Associate/Sr. Associate) - North America

Job Type: Fulltime.

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Shift Time: 6pm - 3am (Transportation available)

Overview:

We aim to enhance our team by hiring a top-tier Sales Development Representative who will play a crucial role in a rapidly expanding sales setting. As a GEP SDR, your role will involve engaging with key decision-makers in targeted accounts within your assigned region.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-5 years of experience in Business development or inside sales in a high-tech B2B/cloud/SaaS/IT services environment
  • Proficient in identifying and engaging potential customers through various methods like outbound calling, email, and direct mail
  • Adaptable to a dynamic work setting with a keen focus on growth
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Effective communication of value proposition
  • Able to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have:

Prior experience in selling ERP/Sourcing/Spend Management/Supply Chain/Procurement/Financial software solutions is a plus.
