Job Objective:

  • We are actively seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team with a primary focus on acquiring new logos through Vahana (Platform) license revenue or services revenue.
This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in B2B sales. This role is focused on acquiring new clients for our digital solutions in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector

.
Job Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition within the BFSI sector, bringing new clients into the Vahana ecosyst
- em.
Strengthen and nurture relationships with existing BFSI clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide solutio
- ns.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products and services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potenti
- al.
Develop a deep understanding of the Vahana platform and effectively communicate its value proposition to clien
- ts.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets, focusing on key metrics such as ARR, ACV, and contract leng
- th.
Establish and cultivate relationships at the CXO level, navigating the client hierarchy to engage with key decision-make
- rs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful license sales and service delive
- ry.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive ed
- ge.
Identify and target potential clients through industry networks, conferences, and market intelligence, driving lead generation effor
- ts.
Execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new logos and contribute to the growth of the BFSI client ba
- se.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes within the BFSI industry, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the company's positioni
- ng.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics to track progress and identify areas for improveme
