The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the specification and adoption of the company's products in architectural and construction projects.

This role involves collaborating with architects, designers, facade consultants, specifiers, and construction professionals to ensure that the company's glass products are incorporated into building designs and specifications.


Key Responsibilities:
1)

Specification Development:

  • Collaborate with architects, facade consultants, purchase managers, and other specifiers to understand project requirements and design objectives.
  • Promote and educate stakeholders on the benefits and applications of the company's products.
  • Assist in the development of project-specific glass product specifications. 2)

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architectural firms, design professionals, contractors, and builders.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for specifiers, providing technical expertise and guidance.

3) Sales Execution:

  • Lead by example and actively participate in sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues e ectively. 4)

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to architects and designers during the specification process.
  • Address technical inquiries, resolve challenges, and o er solutions that align with project requirements. 5)

Project Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that specified glass products meet design intent and performance criteria.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the fulfillment of specified products. 6)

Market Analysis & Expansion:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to glass products. Identify new business opportunities and target markets within the area. Identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion based on customer and market feedback.
  • Develop and execute plans to expand the company's market presence by acquiring new customers and accounts. 7)

Training and Presentations:

  • Conduct training sessions and presentations for architects, designers, and specifiers to increase product awareness and knowledge.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase the company's glass products.
