Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Demonstrate a strong grasp of the market, particularly in office leasing within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Employ a strategic mindset, especially when crafting tailored solutions for clients. Proactively engage with clients to offer commercial real estate office leasing solutions. Deepen understanding of available inventory and solutions in the MMR to provide informed recommendations. Tailor pitches and proposals based on client needs and available inventory options to secure successful outcomes. Utilize Company IT systems to efficiently track inventory and update progress on each deal. Foster effective communication and collaboration with tenants, property agencies, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate optimal solutions. Play a pivotal role in negotiating leasing transactions, supporting and collaborating with the Team Leader. Cultivate and maintain existing relationships with business partners while actively pursuing new opportunities with potential tenants. Support the initiation of business development activities for both existing and new clients through various channels. Respond promptly to business referrals generated by the expansive Colliers Global Network.
