Manager / Senior Manager : Culture & Communications

The role holder is expected to -
- Program manages Swiggy's blended ways of working charter and its practices which includes setting up intentional rituals for Swiggsters to connect & come together at an organizational level.
- Be the custodian for organizational values. Partner with relevant teams to embed values in day to day lives of employees
- Design intentional rituals and maintain rigor around them to foster connection, camaraderie e.g., Jamboree, Swiggster Ketchup, monthly manager connect forums etc.,
- Drive and manage awareness and engagement for key programs and initiatives with leadership, employees, and partners.
- Obsess about ways to enhance the blended ways of working and drive projects to enhance productivity, collaboration, connect and employee wellbeing
- Beyond an expertise in running campaigns, we are looking for someone who shares the same passion as us when it comes to enabling Swiggy work seamlessly in a remote-first environment as well
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Project manage key projects to enhance Swiggy's blended ways of working and ensure that monthly and weekly executions are happening seamlessly
- Be a value champion and drive projects that will shape value driven behaviors. Design and sustain key organizational rituals
- Create and manage processes/review mechanisms in order to adhere to monthly calendars and weekly execution
- Drive a culture of awareness, authenticity and purpose between the org and its employees, with an engaging and empathetic voice via IC and FoW campaigns/initiatives.
- Serve as a partner to senior leadership, guiding internal messaging, crisis communication, and change management initiatives to nurture blended ways of working
- Liaison with Employer Branding team to build synergies in internal and external communication to strengthen the messaging
- Change management: Lead change management efforts related to the implementation of future of work initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
- Manage key rituals in the organization, along with co-creating Central events calendar with CEO's office
- Monthly Leadership Meet
- Quarterly meet in office (for remote employees), Regional Meetup
- Hackathons, Ideathons
- Retrospectives, check ins and feedback
Who are we looking for? ~ Are you the right person for the job? ~ Are you a good fit for this role?
- Experience of about 2-5 years in driving cross organizational / OD initiatives. Having a strong understanding of how culture comes alive in an organization is a must have
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder management, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with abilities to develop a unique and consistent tone for the organization
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Experience with People and Culture related problem solving.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices
- Goes extra mile to understand the audience and crafts solution
