Job Description: Manager - People and Culture.



  • The Manager People and Culture is in charge of all HR aspects, such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, strategy, health and safety, and technology.


- The ideal candidate should have a solid background in HR management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.



Talent Acquisition and Talent Retention:



  • Aiding in creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing hiring recommendations.
  • Developing targeted retention programs, identifying challenges through FGDs, polls, etc., and mitigating retention risks.


Employee Relations:



Establishing positive employee relationships, resolving conflicts, handling grievances efficiently.



Performance Management:



  • Experience in setting performance management processes aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Driving the goal setting, annual appraisal, and quarterly performance reviews.


Training and Development:



  • Managing the L&OD process, leading the L&OD team, and fostering a culture of learning.


Compliance and Legal Issues:



Understanding compliance, labor laws, and regulations for reporting purposes.



Compensation and Benefits:



  • Understanding market trends in Total Rewards and conducting salary benchmarking exercises.


HR Analytics and Reporting:



Designing HR metrics for progress measurement and strategy adjustments.



Employee Health and Safety:



  • Prioritizing employee health and safety for a positive work environment.
  • Implementing wellness programs for employee well-being.


Technology and Systems:



Experience in HR Automation projects and internal adoption.



Team Management:



  • Managing teams with a collaborative style.
  • Leading teams of 6-8 members.


Stakeholder Management:



Handling various stakeholders and influencing strategies.



Master's degree in human resources or related field from a reputable college.

Several years of HR management experience.

Understanding of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Experience in fast-paced agile environments.
