Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring new partners & driving business from organizations focusing on third-party product fee income
  • Identifying nonBFSI B2C companies for selling bundled products or cross-selling
  • Developing Channel Partner relationships through scouting, onboarding, and nurturing
  • Achieving sales and business quality targets for assigned partners/geography
  • Implementing business strategies to align with channel dynamics and annual targets
  • Facilitating smooth flow of information on business parameters within the network
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation of business plans
  • Establishing processes for enhanced sales effectiveness
  • Strategically implementing business strategies for local channel dynamics
  • Managing sales and business quality targets for assigned partners
  • Collaborating on opportunities with various financial institutions

Execute strategic initiatives for channels and related customer acquisition
Work with Marketing, Products, Legal, and Operations teams for plan implementation
Experience:
  • At least 7 years experience as regional or territory head of Sales/Partnerships in Affinity business
  • Background in healthcare, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance companies
  • Graduate and/or MBA with expertise in partner acquisition, retention, and channel sales management
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, ability to engage at C-suite level

Key areas of expertise:
