Experience:12+ years of experience in Retail Sales of Premium High Value Products. This should include 8+ years of experience in Interior Designing Companies / Building Materials/ Modular Kitchens products business. Candidate should have good contacts with Architects/ Interior Designers/ Real Estate Agents.

Primary RolesSales Strategy and OperationsSalesTeam Building and Management

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensuring adherence of team and meeting of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targetsMeeting Architects, Interior Designers, Real Estate agents for Promoting & Sales of Modular ContainersMarket scanning; Cold Calling & Lead Generation.

Generating Leads, Giving Quotations and converting it into closing the order.
Monitor, check, and verify the Dimensions & Speacifications, drawings and the quotation submitted.

Verify and timely collection of Payments of orders closedCoordinate with the production & installation teams for timely delivery of the product to customers.

Responsible for implementation and Monitoring of all activities involved in the process at the 'Enquiry', 'Order Received', and Execution stages for Modular Container orders received.

Maintaining a database of Customers including Architects, Interior Designers, Real Estate Agents and end usersCollaborate effectively with the Marketing team in ensuring Customer Delight experience via the Experience CentreResponsible for the Coaching and Mentoring of his / her team members and ensuring diligence to approved process
