Job Description:

As a Bench Sales Specialist with 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the bench (available consultants) and driving revenue generation through effective sales strategies. Your extensive industry knowledge and proven track record will contribute to the success of our recruitment team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a pool of consultants on bench, ensuring their availability for new projects.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to market bench consultants to prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to match consultants to client requirements and facilitate placements.
  • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and timelines with clients and consultants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, client demands, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, client relationships, and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in bench management and sales operations.
  • Mentor and coach junior bench sales team members to develop their skills and achieve targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and timely communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in bench sales or IT staffing, with a proven track
  • record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including technologies, trends, and client
  • requirements.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
