  • Shouldbe conversant with closely checking upon the Purchase Order of theclient & take action/check clarification within specifiedtime period
  • ConstantFollow up has to be done with client & customers foroutstanding payment collectables & checking out if anyservice required
  • Needto coordinate with Accounts Receivable to collect on accounts andto define credit terms that will most likely achieve payment andretain thecustomer
  • ReportingRegular reporting to the respective authority of various issueslike marketing and sales targets payments realized payments pendingnew leads customers and Clients appointmentsetc.
  • Preparingpresentations reports and price quotations Review quote preparedfor submission; ensure its accuracy and completion. Ensure thatversion control is maintained on multiple/amended quotes submittedto a client and that the Quotes Log is updatedaccordingly
  • Review theBOQ prepared by the Professional Services team for completeness.Clarify issues and ensure that the BOQ represents a competentsolution
  • Responding tothe client on all aspects of the BOQ either by self or inconsultation with the Professional Servicesteam
  • Obtain stockpositions of goods maintained in the company warehouse &identify related salesopportunities
  • Remaininformed and up to date with regards to Industry related newsCompetitors activity product knowledge and continuously strive todevelop own skills and knowledge in order to performoptimally
  • PossessStrong Skills in Closing the Order/ getting the sale donesuccessful
  • Proventrack record of success selling in a highly competitiveenvironment.
