Job Summary:


We are looking for an astute Purchase Executive to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.

The Purchase Executive responsibilities include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, products, and services, negotiating contracts, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Research potential vendors
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Managing and negotiating vendors enquiries through to acceptance contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Arrange vendors meetings to, resolve queries, and review best practice as required
  • Facilitate vendors payments
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with client, vendors and internal teams.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical with exceptional numerical skills.
  • Data analysis and trending skills analyzing Excel style data sets to identify trends.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail (create written/edit documents and run spread sheets).

Qualification:
Bachelor of Commerce Graduates OR Engineers Preferred with relevant experience in Procurement Department. (1-3years of Experience)
