It is delivered through a combination of live (local, regional, and worldwide) and distance learning offerings (e-learning and virtual classrooms).


This role will be part of the L-A-B L&D Team being supported locally by Global L&D Team (NDE), you will offer end to end program management support in driving an innovative, flexible, and learner-oriented training offer for ~2000 Consulting staff and Business Services Teams across London, Amsterdam and Brussels (L-A-B).


The Global L&D Team (NDE) is overseeing and managing the participant pools of worldwide, regional, and local training programs, as well as supporting the planning, preparation, execution of various L&D programs and campaigns, including calendar scheduling, program hosting, material preparation, communication management and reporting.

This Team is a dynamic group, constantly required to evolve with the needs of the business. This means that roles are flexible and vary depending on global priorities.

The duties of this role will change in the same way but initial allocations and focus of the role are likely to be as follows.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage the operations of two different work streams: Onboarding (Consulting Starter Week) and our Senior Consultant training program
  • Work in a matrix structure, partnering with stakeholders and building an effective relationship to achieve common goals
  • Manage administrative tasks in the Learning Management System (SABA),; from course creation, initial registration and invites to tracking attendance and rescheduling.
  • Analyze workshop feedback and prepare slides with graphs and quantitative data points, summarising the feedback themes. Identify improvement opportunities and escalate when needed
  • Data analysis of learning journey completions and propose changes/drive conversations
  • Organize room bookings and catering requests when required for in person training (including responding to last minute room changes)
  • Book hotel and train travel for our Amsterdam and Brussels new joiners
  • Raise payment forms for social events or hotel books, liaising with internal teams and external venues to complete payment.
  • Create process efficiencies by identifying automation opportunities in manual processes; optimizing BCG's generative AI tools to support.

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

  • Confident working in an international environment with participants from all over the world, team worker, collaborative, be part of an international team
  • Works cooperatively with other team members, displaying high levels of motivation and enthusiasm for tasks
  • Proficient computer skills: particularly Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with database/Access and query tools
  • Ability to write slides, to produce tables and graphs in PowerPoint as part of standard reporting
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Good analytical skills: demonstrated ability to work with data sets and present data in an insightful format tailored to the audience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail; experience with doublechecking and crosschecking own work
  • Good organizing skills incl. work planning and meeting and exceeding deadlines
  • Strong customer focus; responsive to queries in a consistent manner and with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to respect all BCG (Boston Consulting Group) information as personal and confidential

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):


Undergraduate degree, studies in management, HR, or communications- 4-5 years of relevant work experience, preferred in HR, L&D, Client relationship management or Operations- Experience with Outlook, Zoom and Excel- A strong passion and interest in Learning & Development- Ideally international experience during studies or professional employment.

Awareness of cultural differences and willingness to adapt workstyle to a multi-cultural environment

Not essential, but a plus:

  • Experience from a professional service firm
  • Experience with working in a virtual environment
  • Experience with Learning Management Software
