It is delivered through a combination of live (local, regional, and worldwide) and distance learning offerings (e-learning and virtual classrooms).


The Global L&D Team (NDE) is overseeing and managing the participant pools of worldwide, regional training programs, as well as supporting the planning, preparation, execution of various L&D programs and campaigns, including calendar scheduling, program hosting, material preparation, and program and cost analysis.

The Global L&D Team is a dynamic group, constantly required to evolve with the needs of the business. This means that roles are flexible and vary depending on global priorities. The duties of this role will change in the same way but initial allocations and focus of the role are likely to be as follows

Work in a matrix structure with strong focus to partner with stakeholders and work build an effective relationship to achieve common goals

  • Implement and suggest effective L&D communication plan and strategy
  • Management of participants, from initial registration and invites to final attendance
  • Hosting our virtual live sessions from opening the sessions, welcoming the participants, introducing the presenters and final closing.
  • Communication with participants throughout the entire learning program, including cancellation requests, and logístical questions
  • Track attendance, analyze feedbacks and identify improvement opportunities and escalate when needed
  • Maintain and mine training management database, leveraging SABA, i.e. analysis of program participation, participant cancellations, cancellation history, missing training attendance to remind and liaise with local office coordinators as required to increase attendance rates
  • Preparation and execution of event presurvey and feedback survey processes: preparing different surveys, mailing surveys to participant, and collecting answers, preparing feedback decks
  • Support of program follow up activities, e.g., completion of program statistics
  • Data analysis of learning journey completions and propose changes/drive conversations
  • Other reports and analysis as required
  • Proactively suggests improvement on processes, activities and procedures in which role is involved
  • Maintenance of training database: updating participant status, registrations, and cancellations, inputting presenters, updating presenter status, inputting presenter hours.
  • Prepare communication with participants and presenters, including briefing related to content and setup

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

  • Confident working in an international environment with participants from all over the world, team workers, collaborative, be part of an international team
  • Possesses excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Works cooperatively with other team members, displaying a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for tasks
  • Exposure to communication tools like Salesforce marketing cloud is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills: particularly Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint, familiarity with database/Access and query tools
  • Ability to write slides, to produce tables and graphs in PowerPoint as part of standard reporting
  • Demonstrated good English written and oral communication skills
  • Good analytical skills: demonstrated ability to work with data sets and present data in an insightful format tailored to the audience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail; experience doublechecking and crosschecking own work
  • Good organizing skills incl. work planning and meeting and exceeding deadlines
  • Strong customer focus; responsive to queries in a consistent manner and with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

  • Undergraduate degree, studies in management, HR, or communications
  • 56 years of relevant work experience, preferred in HR, L&D, Client relationship management or Operations experience from a professional service firm is a plus
  • Experience with working in a virtual environment is a plus
  • Ideally international experience during studies or professional employment. Awareness of cultural differences and willingness to adapt workstyle to a multicultural environment
