Company Overview: LikeMinds is a simple plug and play, highly customizable SDK that helps brands build in-app communities in 3 days. Brands can leverage the platform to build community features like group chats, 1-1 chats, activity feed, and moderation quickly with minimal engineering effort.
LikeMinds is founded by Nipun Goyal (IIT Delhi, ex-Curofy cofounder, Forbes 30u30) and Natesh
Relhan (ex-Curofy Android Lead, ex-Hotstar, 2x GSOCer). We have raised money from multiple reputed VCs and angel investors.
Job Summary:
LikeMinds is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling our business by handling inbound leads, ensuring prompt responses and meticulous documentation. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in outbound motion, collaborating closely with the founder to fuel successful outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Leads Management: Handle incoming leads via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels promptly and effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper documentation.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Create your own lists and target them via phone calls, emails or other channels and ensure a steady flow of meetings.
- Outbound Data Extraction: Assist the data team in extracting relevant information for outbound cold calls and email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the extracted data.
- CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and up-to-date information obtained from inbound leads and outbound data extraction processes.
- Performance Reporting: Generate reports on lead generation activities, inbound lead conversion rates, and outbound data extraction efficiency to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles
- Previous sales and pre sales experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills
