We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Anmer London. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive revenue growth offline. The primary focus will be on physical marketing initiatives within India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
2. Identify and target potential customers and market segments within India through thorough market research and analysis.
3. Plan and execute physical marketing activities, including but not limited to events, promotions, and partnerships, to enhance brand visibility and increase sales.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and partners, to ensure effective distribution and promotion of Anmer London products.
5. Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance product offerings.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
7. Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance, and ROI to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven track record of successful sales and marketing management, preferably in the beauty, grooming, or luxury goods industry.
3. Strong understanding of the Indian Beauty market and consumer behavior, with experience in physical marketing strategies.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong analytical mindset.
6. Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
7. Results-driven and goal-oriented approach with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
