Job Description:

  • We're on the lookout for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to oversee end-to-end campaigns for performance and digital across various channels.
  • Be part of the growth team and directly responsible for driving growth and acquisitions through performance marketing channels.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the ads ecosystem and the ability to independently solve problems while collaborating with channel partners and agencies to achieve business objectives.
  • Must be data-driven, analytical, and target-oriented, with agency/multi-vertical experience being a bonus. Experience in App performance marketing is essential.
  • Understanding consumer buying behaviors and expertise in full-funnel marketing and app marketing is crucial.
  • Contribute significantly to achieving B2C targets and collaborate within the Growth Team.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities - Digital Marketer:

  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google, Facebook, affiliates, and Programmatic.
  • Responsible for setting the overall Performance Marketing and Acquisition Strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and executing with agency partners on Google and Facebook.
  • Create and execute a digital marketing strategy to boost awareness, traffic, conversions, revenue, and retention (retargeting).
  • Own and achieve user growth targets.
  • Expand acquisition of high LTV users across app and web while ensuring efficiency on CACs, AOV, and other metrics.
  • Establish attribution models, multi-channel tracking, and quality.
  • Develop a robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for mobile apps and digital channels to continually optimize marketing investments.
  • Enhance marketing effectiveness through continuous communication testing (A/B), innovation across platforms, active co-creation, and planning.
  • Strategize and optimize performance campaigns on channels like Google Ads (UAC, GDN, Search, DV360), Facebook Ads, and affiliate networks.
  • Manage performance marketing agency/affiliate partners to drive results and collaborate closely with internal teams in Product, tech, and data.
  • Data Background:
  • Gain deep insights from data to enhance campaign performance and reach goals.
  • Create and manage internal campaign performance reports alongside agencies, communicate performance updates to all stakeholders.
  • Utilize internal database and MMP tools (Singular, Appsflyer) and performance tools like GA4/mixpanel to understand and act on data insights for performance optimization (CAC/ROAS/LTV/Retention).
  • Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate with 4+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in performance marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, consumer behavior understanding, and campaign structure.
  • Hands-on experience with Google and Facebook campaigns and managing significant monthly budgets.
  • Platform knowledge for MMPs and a deep understanding of attribution are essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Full-funnel understanding of the app ecosystem, metrics, and MMP systems.
  • Good to have qualifications include Agency experience and E-Pharma experience, an experimentation mindset, high customer focus, and SQL/R knowledge.
