It is affiliated with IOT Sporting Aspiration, the driving force behind India's premier 360-degree sports agency, India On Track.

Position

IOT Sports Education seeks to hire a Performance Marketing Manager for the Global Institute of Sports Business. The chosen candidate will be tasked with designing, executing, and enhancing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Department Head and Marketing team to optimize campaigns that bolster the admissions process.
  • Create and implement performance marketing strategies to meet key business goals, including enhancing customer acquisition, boosting conversion rates, and driving revenue growth.
  • Oversee and fine-tune digital advertising initiatives on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to pinpoint trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with various teams such as content, creative, and analytics to develop cohesive marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay attuned to industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
  • Monitor and manage advertising budgets to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting crucial metrics, KPIs, and campaign efficacy.
  • Assist in social media marketing strategy, operations, and content-related activities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create pre-sales materials.

OTHER SUPPORT FUNCTIONS

  • Assist the administrative and operations team in enhancing the student experience.
  • Provide support to India On Track for events, new business endeavors, or client servicing as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in performance marketing, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in the education/ed-tech platform/university sector is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for working effectively in a team setting.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving tangible business results.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and similar techniques is advantageous.
  • Possession of Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant certifications is desirable.
