*Responsibilities:*

Assist sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification activities for EcoSoch's solar products and services.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and website inquiries, providing accurate information about EcoSoch's offerings and services.

Coordinate with sales team to schedule meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations with prospective customers.

Prepare sales-related documents, proposals, contracts, and presentations to support the sales process.

Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems with relevant information.

Follow up with customers after sales meetings or demonstrations to gather feedback and address concerns.

Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with business objectives.

Stay informed about EcoSoch's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure prompt and effective communication.
